Late Policy

Your reservations are very important to MaJi Hair Design. While we reserve this time specifically for you, we understand that schedules can change and emergencies can happen, so we are referring to avoidable scheduling issues. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled to respect other reservations.

No accommodations will be made if you are late for your appointment and a 50% amount of missed appointment will be charged.

No Show

We understand that life happens!

However, if you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know in advance.

Please note that repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in a fee on your next visit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you can not make it to your reservation, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellation. This will permit us time to contact other guests on our wait list.

There will be a  50% charge of the amount of the services you have scheduled if you cancel less then 24 hours.

Please understand the cancellation policy allows us the time to contact our guests  of any  appointment availability, as well as keeping our schedule  productive, and better accommodate everyone.
